General Parent Meeting Minutes

Speaker
: Dr. Mollie Galloway who is a co-director of SOS - Stressed-Out-Students, a Stanford-based intervention and research project designed to help schools and communities gave a wonderful one hour interactive workshop designed to address achievement and academic stress in adolescence. Discussion topics will include: academic goals and expectations of parents and students, national and local data on mental and physical health, engagement, and cheating. Research-based tools and strategies to create a home environment that support positive development outcomes were also covered.
